William
OFFICE MANAGER / LIFE COACH
I bring a unique and dynamic background that blends medicine, academics, and a deep commitment to personal growth. I am a medical doctor currently completing my neurology residency, and I have a longstanding interest in psychiatry and the mental health field. While I do not practice clinically within the office, my goal is to help people achieve their goals both medically and non-medically.
I have degrees in computer science, biology, and psychology, providing a strong and interdisciplinary foundation. I previously served as a lead science tutor in engineering and science disciplines and have successfully mentored students from highly respected universities, including UPenn, Notre Dame, UT Austin, and Texas A&M University.
I enjoy helping individuals develop structure, discipline, and clarity as they work toward their personal, academic, and professional goals. My approach is goal-oriented and supportive, with a focus on helping clients realign with their values and move forward with intention.
I am grounded in my Christian faith, I value purpose, integrity, and growth, and I enjoy guiding others in creating a life that reflects these principles. I also deeply value family and meaningful friendships, which shape my compassionate and grounded approach to supporting others.

COUNSELOR
LPC-AHello! My name is Joanna, I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. From a young age, I've been drawn to helping others heal. This passion led me to earn a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with a certificate in Primary Care Behavioral Health from UTRGV School of Medicine.
In my practice, I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on empowering clients to achieve personal growth and improved well-being. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I'm here to support you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.

COUNSELOR
LPC-ALife can feel overwhelming at times — whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the quiet weight of self-doubt.
I believe meaningful change begins when you feel truly seen and heard. My work is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll explore patterns and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you feel safe and supported. I work with adults and young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns, as well as the emotional impact of chronic illness and disability.
If you’re considering therapy and this feels like a good fit, I encourage you to reach out so we can begin this work together.
Supervised by Dr. Brian Dutremaine.
Karina
COUNSELOR
LPC-AHi, I’m Karina. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and I truly believe therapy should feel like a safe place and not a clinical, intimidating one. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to explain why it’s “bad enough.” If it matters to you, it matters.
If you’re here, chances are you’re carrying a lot. Maybe it’s trauma that still shows up when you least expect it. Maybe it’s grief that feels heavier than everyone else thinks it “should” be. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that drains you, ADHD that makes life feel chaotic, or mood shifts that leave you feeling confused and exhausted. You might even feel misunderstood in your diagnosis, especially if you’ve been navigating bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or PTSD.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. But therapy with me isn’t just about worksheets or strategies, it’s about understanding you. Your story. Your patterns. Your wounds. Your strengths.
I specialize in working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. Many of my clients come in feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. Some cry in the first session. Some joke their way through hard topics. Some say, “I don’t even know how to talk about my feelings.” All of that is okay.
If being vulnerable feels natural to you, we’ll hold space for that. If being vulnerable feels terrifying, we’ll work on that gently and at your pace. You never have to force anything in our sessions.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself in a way that brings freedom. You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Messy thoughts, tears, numbness, strength, all of it is valid.
And when you’re ready, I’m here.
