In our work together, we use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and to give you practical tools you can use in everyday life. These approaches can help you build healthier thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and regain a sense of control and clarity. At the same time, we strive to make every session feel warm, compassionate, and supportive—because meaningful change often begins with feeling understood.
