My work is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll explore patterns and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you feel safe and supported. I work with adults and young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns, as well as the emotional impact of chronic illness and disability.
